A Bridge To Your Future

The event is a traditional careers event with businesses being able to speak directly young people from all of the Dumfries schools who are of leaving age.

If you have an activity that may help with any interaction, or freebies (they all love a freebie), then please bring it along, but we are looking for as many local businesses to attend as possible, to bring careers to life for pupils and to encourage them to think about their futures and the wealth of possibilities available to them.

You will be interacting with approximately 500 school leaving age young people so although this is not a recruitment event, if you are looking for staff at present feel free to highlight them.

Refreshments: breakfast rolls will be available from 9am, with tea, coffee, water, and biscuits being available throughout the morning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to highlight your business and attract new young talent to your workforce. This is your chance to talk direct to young people and the adults who influence them about your business.
