Interview Skills Sessions
Tarbert Academy is hosting a series of regular Interview Skills Sessions every Thursday from August to November, providing employers with the opportunity to support young people as they prepare for the world of work.
Employers can share their experience of recruitment and selection processes, conduct mock interviews, and provide valuable feedback to help students develop their confidence, communication skills, and interview techniques. These sessions offer a meaningful way to engage with future talent, give students real-world insights into employer expectations, and support their readiness for employment, apprenticeships, and further education.
By taking part, employers can make a significant contribution to developing young people’s employability skills while strengthening links between education and industry within the local community.
The sessions run on a weekly basis from Thursday 27 August until Thursday 26 November and will have a different subject each week from work prep to life skills
